Während der Wartung führen wir eine Migration des Datenbankservers und allgemeine Updates am PRODUKTIV-System durch. Während des Wartungsfensters stehen Ihre Produktivinstanzen vorübergehend nicht zur Verfügung. Wir führen diese Maßnahmen proaktiv durch, um die Leistungsfähigkeit und Sicherheit unserer Lösung nachhaltig zu verbessern.

As part of our regular monthly maintenance window, we carry out planned updates to our cloud infrastructure. These include continuous improvements to our systems, the deployment of security updates, and measures to ensure stable and secure operations.
During the maintenance, we will carry out a migration of the database server and general updates to the PRODUCTION system. During the maintenance window, your production instances will be temporarily unavailable. We are taking these measures proactively to sustainably enhance the performance and security of our solution.
